How does the application process for customer service work?

For the application process, you need to create a candidate profile at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com. You will be required to go through an online assessment where you will have the opportunity to try out the customer service role. In the next step, you will receive information about status of your application. You may be contacted by the recruitment team in order to take a language assessment if required.
How can I add the requested documents to my profile?

What are the requirements for a position in virtual customer service?

To apply for a position in virtual customer service, the following basic requirements must be met:
  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Having the ability to speak Turkish fluently (additional language skills may be required depending on the position you are applying for).
  3. Stable wired internet connection (min. 24 Mbit/s. download speeds and 6 Mbit/s. upload speeds).
  4. Residing in Turkey.
  5. A separate, impenetrable room with windows.
  6. Successfully completing our assessment at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.

You can reset your password by following these steps:
  1. Go to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.
  2. Click on 'Have you forgotten the password?' link.
  3. Enter the email address that you used when you created your candidate account.
  4. Click on 'Continue'.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password!

Check the inbox and spam folders for the password reset email. In some cases, it may take up to an hour for the password reset email to be received.

You must add applicationhelp@amazon.com, recruiting-systems-prod@amazon.com and noreply-ops-jobs@amazon.com to your email address book to make sure you receive our emails.

I want to choose an appointment time.

You can select the desired date in your application profile:
  1. Login to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.
  2. Click "My Applications" or "my Jobs in the upper right corner.
  3. On the left you will find an overview of your active applications.
  4. Click "View dates" for the application you want.
  5. Select and confirm your appointment.
You will then see an overview of the dates in the reference tool.
I've received confirmation of the start date, but I need to request a change.

I get an error message when I skip a question.

In order to successfully complete the assessment process, all questions must be answered. If you try to end the assessment process without answering all the questions, you will be notified. If you receive an error message caused by leaving questions blank, click the page number below the message. You will be taken to the evaluation page where there is an unanswered question. After you have answered all the questions, you can select "Back to Error Page" to correct any other errors and then submit your review.
The assessment page does not load

The assessment will open in a new window, so make sure pop-up blockers are disabled. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best browser options for completing your assessment. Please ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled.
  1. Windows devices using Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and select Internet Options. In the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Power button of the Pop-up Blocker checkbox and choose "OK".
  2. Windows devices using Firefox: Open Firefox, choose Window Choices from the bottom left menu and click "Content" to disable pop-ups, uncheck the Block Pop-Up Windows box and choose "OK".
  3. Apple devices using Safari: Open Settings for Safari. In the general section, click the toggle button next to Block Pop-Up to enable or disable it. A green button shows you that the blocker has been deactivated.
  4. Apple devices using Chrome: Open Chrome on your computer. At the top right, click the "Menu and more" icon. Choose settings. On the side click on advanced settings. Under “Privacy” click on “Content Settings”. Under Pop-ups, select the option "Allow all sites/Don't allow all sites to show pop-ups".
  5. Android devices that use Chrome: At the top right, click on the "Menu and more" icon. Choose settings. On the side, choose advanced settings. Under “Privacy” click on “Content Settings”. Under Pop-ups, select the option "Allow all sites/Don't allow all sites to show pop-ups".

There are several reasons why an application can be withdrawn. Some of the most common reasons are mentioned here:
• Application not completed within the standard timeframe
• The location is no longer recruiting for this role
• Actions such as scheduling an appointment and completing the requested information were not performed.
• The appointment was not attended or the appointment was not completed
