Can I change my shift?

If you have not attended your pre-hire appointment, feel free to cancel your appointment. This will bring you back to the page to select a new shift. We cannot guarantee there will be shifts available, and if you cancel your appointment you are forfeiting your current shift. To select a new shift:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://jobs.amazon.ie/app#/login.
  2. Choose 'Go to my jobs' and find the job you are applying for.
  3. Select the 3 dots next to 'Prepare for your Appointment' and choose 'Change shift or start date.'
  4. Confirm you would like to change your start date by selecting 'Change schedule and start date.' A list of schedule options for you to choose from will appear.
  5. After selecting your desired schedule, you will be asked the reason for the change and to confirm your new schedule.
After confirming your schedule change, you will get a confirmation that your schedule has successfully updated.
What if I can't see any shifts or any shifts I want?

If there are no shifts showing, or you would prefer not to choose any of the available shifts, we encourage you to check back later.

If you have already attended your pre-hire appointment, please refer to the conditional offer letter emailed to you during the appointment.

You can also view your selected shift details on your pre-hire checklist. To access your pre-hire checklist:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://jobs.amazon.ie/app#/login.
  2. Choose 'Go to my jobs' and find the job you are applying for.
  3. On the job you have applied to, choose the button that says one of the following depending on where you are in the hiring process: 'Prepare for your Appointment', 'View Progress', or ''Prepare for your Day 1.' This will display your pre-hire checklist.
