What happens at the virtual pre-hire event?

Your virtual pre-hire appointment is part of the hiring process. During your appointment, you will provide your Right to Work Documents.

Your appointment will take about 15 minutes, so you don’t need to block your day to attend. We will send you the details to join the video call.
How do I confirm the details for the pre-hire appointment?

To confirm your appointment details:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://jobs.amazon.ie/app#/login.
  2. Choose 'Go to my jobs' and find the job you are applying for.
  3. On the job you have applied to, choose 'Prepare for your Appointment.' This will display your pre-hire checklist.
  4. At the top of the screen, you will see a banner with the date and time for your pre-hire appointment.
  5. For more details, click the 'View Details' button.
How do I reschedule my pre-hire appointment?

You can reschedule your pre-hire appointment from your pre-hire checklist:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://jobs.amazon.ie/app#/login.
  2. Choose 'Go to my jobs' and find the job you are applying for.
  3. On the job you have applied to, choose 'Prepare for your Appointment.' This will display your pre-hire checklist.
  4. Select the 3 dots next to the job description and choose 'Change pre-hire appointment.'
  5. You will now be shown all appointments available for reschedule.
  6. After selecting a date and time for the appointment reschedule, a pop up will appear. Select 'Confirm' to reschedule your pre-hire appointment.
